The collected waste is sorted by polymer type - HDPE, LDPE, & LLDPE etc. Color and contamination are also separated to maintain purity.

The segregated plastic is fed into heavy-duty crushers and shredders. It is broken down into uniform flakes or granules for easier processing.

The clean, dry flakes are melted in an extruder. The molten plastic is filtered, cooled in water, and cut into uniform pellets. This is the final recycled raw material.

Every batch is tested for MFI, density, and ash content. Approved material is packed in 25kg bags and supplied to manufacturers for reuse.
